Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our India Office, acting as a local representative for HR matters.
- Support Talent Acquisition efforts, with the potential to expand your involvement in other areas such as HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Employee Relations (ER), and Rewards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Strategy.
- Coordinate and manage new employee orientation and onboarding processes for local hires, ensuring a high standard of newcomer experience.
- Assist the central team in enhancing employee benefits, conducting market reviews, and facilitating annual employee reviews.
- Collaborate with central teams in Rewards, Engagement, Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Facilitate day-to-day performance conversations between team members and supervisors to drive better people outcomes.
- Provide local employee relations support and respond to general HR inquiries, fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer monthly payroll, including updating employee information, ensuring accurate calculations, and timely disbursements. Manage full and final settlements for departing employees, complying with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare and report payroll documentation to government agencies as needed.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Employee Relations.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices in India.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition related to Revenue Cycle Management, conducting effective interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing the recruitment process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office suite, and other HR-related software/tools.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Familiar with virtual working platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.
