Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with the specific needs of the revenue cycle management industry.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, conduct training needs assessments, and develop appropriate learning solutions.
  • Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training sessions, and blended learning approaches.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions, workshops, and webinars both virtually and in-person, catering to a diverse global audience.
  • Ensure training programs adhere to best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Assess training effectiveness and conduct post-training evaluations to measure learning outcomes and make necessary improvements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to gather content and develop training materials that effectively address skill gaps and support business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative learning methodologies to continually enhance the L&D function.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and align L&D initiatives accordingly.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees, enabling their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and global counterparts to implement a standardized approach to L&D across different locations.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of L&D programs, using data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs, preferably in the revenue cycle management industry or service-oriented organization.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and innovative learning technologies.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training delivery platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to global locations as required.
