We are currently looking for an Associate UI / UX Engineer to join our team focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) technology automations and solutions.   • Conducting user research: Understanding user needs, goals, and behaviors through various research methodologies such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Designing User Interfaces: Creating sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that solve user problems and meet design requirements.
  • Interaction Design: Designing the behavior of the interface, including how users interact with elements, how they navigate, and how they receive feedback.
  • Usability Testing: Conducting user testing to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction of the interface.
  • Information Architecture: Structuring and organizing information in a way that is intuitive, efficient, and scalable.
  • Visual Design: Creating visual designs that are aesthetically pleasing, brand-consistent, and accessible.
  • Responsive Design: Ensuring that the interface is optimized for different screen sizes, devices, and platforms.
  • Accessibility: Ensuring that the interface is accessible to users with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously testing and refining the interface to ensure its effectiveness and user satisfaction.


  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other similar tools.
  • 1+ years of related experience in UI/UX Engineering.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Experience with prototyping and testing tools, such as InVision, Marvel App, or Axure.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and cross-device compatibility issues.
  • Understanding of accessibility and universal design principles.
  • Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and use findings to inform design decisions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to complex design challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders.
