3.00pm to 12.00am IST (Straddle shift)

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial data related to revenue cycle management, including revenue trends, billing processes, reimbursement rates, and collections.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of revenue cycle operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the RCM Country Head to develop strategic plans and initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue cycle processes and maximizing financial performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in revenue cycle workflows and propose solutions to streamline processes, improve cash flow, and reduce costs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends affecting revenue cycle management, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, IT, and compliance, to coordinate efforts and implement changes that impact revenue cycle performance.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases, reports, and documentation to support decision-making and ensure data integrity.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into revenue cycle performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in similar position
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to new challenges and technologies.
