Job Vacancy:
Executive – Talent Acquisition

Work Week:
Monday to Friday

Shift Window:
8.00am to 10.00pm SLST (9-hour shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and post vacancy advertisements internally / externally to attract candidates to the company.
  • Shortlisting the candidates from the job boards and social media platforms like FB, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct the first shortlisting by doing screening interviews.
  • Communicate with the candidates in fixing and conducting interviews ang giving feedback to the candidate’s ongoing basis with standard corresponding protocols.
  • Participate in career fairs and have continuous relationships with external and internal stake holders in order to project HRC as an “employer of Choice”.
  • Onboarding documentation and placement of new recruits.
  • Ensure a good candidate experience by strengthening the candidate resourcing touchpoints.
  • Manage Internal referral scheme and making sure the rewards are given to contributors on time.
  • Working in collaboration with HRBPs and training team right throughout the onboarding process.

 

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Holds a degree or professional qualification in HR from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2 Years experience as in a talent acquisition role in KPO or ICT background.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high level of perseverance.
  • Familiar with virtual working platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.
