We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant – Rewards to join our Corporate Human Resources team. Job Vacancy:
HR Assistant – Rewards

Work Week:
Monday to Friday

Shift Window:
8:00am to 5:00pm SLST (9-hour shift window)

Other Features:
Full-time
US calendar applicable

Responsibilities:

  • Complete onboarding documentation, including the registration of ABH Cards.
  • Follow up and collect new joiners’ documents, updating the HR database accordingly.
  • Ensure data capturing for master records through the Power Application is up to date.
  • Create a positive candidate experience by handling the onboarding process smoothly.
  • Handle EPF and ETF claim forms requested by employees, addressing related inquiries.
  • Collect all new joiners’ bank details and proof documents, compiling a monthly bank detail sheet.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR Rewards team.

 

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Holds a degree or professional qualification in HR from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 06 months to 01-year experience in HR.
  • HRIS System experience will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with high level of perseverance
  • Basic finance knowledge
  • Familiar with virtual working platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.
