Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of delivering a comprehensive range of HR services to the assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
  • Act as a champion for employee experience, fostering strong relationships with all levels of the team.
  • Lead the performance management process on a quarterly basis within the assigned SBU, collaborating with vertical managers and SBU Leadership.
  • Proactively address grievances, facilitate positive employee relations, cultivate a favorable work environment, boost morale, and strategically manage attrition.
  • Facilitate ongoing performance conversations between team members and supervisors to drive favorable outcomes for individuals and the organization.
  • Provide guidance to line managers on organizational, people, and change-related matters.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experience for new team members, upholding high standards of newcomer support.
  • Drive people development initiatives and implement technical skills training programs within the SBU.
  • Generate and analyze HR analytics specific to the SBU, enabling data-driven decision-making by management.
  • Actively participate in strengthening employer branding efforts both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with centralized teams in Rewards, Engagement, Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development to ensure effective delivery of HR services.

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Hold a degree or professional qualification in HR from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably with a minimum of 1 year as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a service-oriented organization.
  • Exposure to a system-driven HR environment or experience with HR-related analytical platforms would be an added advantage.
  • A self-driven individual with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement, as well as a passion for making a positive impact on internal customers every day.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with virtual working platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.
