Job Vacancy:
HR Consultant for HR SOP Documentation

Work Week:
Monday to Friday

Shift Window:
8.00am to 5.00pm SLST (Day shift)

Other Features:
Full-time 6 months contract

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document comprehensive HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and insights for SOP creation and refinement.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of existing HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure SOPs are effectively implemented and adhered to across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff on SOP interpretation and compliance.
  • Stay updated on relevant HR laws, regulations, and trends to ensure SOPs remain current and compliant.

 

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in an Assistant Manager and/or above role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
