Job Vacancy:
Human Resources Intern

Work Week:
Monday to Friday

8.00am to 5.00pm Sri Lankan Standard Time 

Other Features:
6 months contract

  • Shortlist candidates from job boards and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Conduct screening interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain Recruitment database.
  • Complete Onboarding documentation including the completion of ABH Card registration.
  • Follow up and collect new joiners’ documents and update HR database.
  • Follow up on data capturing for master records through the Power Application.
  • Create a positive candidate experience by handling the onboarding process smoothly.
  • Work in collaboration with HRBPs and the training team throughout the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate post onboarding feedback sessions.
  • Handle EPF and ETF claim forms requested by employees and related inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and other corporate events.


  • An undergraduate engaged in Professional studies in HR.
  • A minimum of 6 months of HR internship will be an added advantage (Experience in recruitment/ compensation is preferred).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office package.
  • A keen eye for creativity, detail and thirst for knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
