We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to to join HRC focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) technology automations and solution. Responsibilities:
- Planning and designing of implementation projects for Business Intelligence and Application Development, including documenting requirements and creating project plans.
- Coordinating with the development team to ensure the projects run smoothly and that turnaround times are met.
- Supporting the development of test cases and participating in test activities.
- Providing training to clients and operations, and other aftersales services, such as inquiry handling and customization.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices and continuously improving the implementation process.
- Participating in continuous improvement activities to drive greater efficiencies and cost savings in the implementation process.
- Documenting RCM related recommendations of existing dashboards and applications and coordinating with the Business Analysts to have them implemented to upcoming versions.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support ongoing project delivery and future business opportunities.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- 2 – 4 years of work experience.
- Previous experience as a business analyst will be an added advantage.
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) exposure is mandatory.
- Knowledge in RCM tools.
- Solid understanding of software development principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Results driven.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fine attention to detail.
- A self-starter or highly motivated individual.
- Ability to generate enthusiasm among team members.
- Effective time management and personal organizational skills.
