Manager – Client Onboarding

- Lead the onboarding process: Oversee and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of healthcare RCM services.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the onboarding process and beyond, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Requirements gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their specific requirements, workflows, and operational needs, ensuring accurate configuration and customization of RCM solutions.
- Project coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders such as sales, operations, and IT, to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Documentation and training: Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials, to enable smooth knowledge transfer and user adoption for clients.
- Compliance adherence: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and other industry-specific requirements during the onboarding process.
- Issue resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process, working closely with internal teams and clients to find timely resolutions and mitigate risks.
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the client onboarding function, recommending, and implementing enhancements to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding activities, providing regular reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Industry knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare RCM, ensuring the onboarding process aligns with current standards and requirements.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching and education to develop and maintain an effective, well‐trained staff based on performance standards.
- At lease 7 – 8 years’ RCM experience with at least 4 years in people management.
- Part or fulltime qualification Physician Practice Management, Medical Billing, Payer Credentialing, Medical Auditing, Coding, etc from a recognized professional body.
- RCM & Client Onboarding (or Credentialing) overall technical knowledge.
- Strong business expertise in project planning and management.
