We are looking for RCM Labs / Physicians Training Specialist to join our Technical Training team. Job Vacancy:
RCM Labs / Physicians Training Specialist

Work Week:
Monday to Friday

Shift Window:
8:00am to 10:00pm SLST (9-hour shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery, data management, and improvement of technical training programs during the induction process.
  • Conduct post-induction assessments to evaluate newcomers before assigning them to their respective jobs.
  • Deliver training sessions on RCM compliance, such as HIPAA.
  • Maintain training-related data and ensure adherence to reporting timelines.
  • Keep all technical training documentation in compliance with the company’s requirements.
  • Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 training modules as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes and incorporate relevant information into training materials.
  • Be willing to understand and cater to diverse client portfolios, delivering client-specific trainings when required.
  • Should be able to manage admin tasks – creating training reports, publishing dashboards, sending out invites for Training batches & other meetings requested.

 

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of US Healthcare RCM experience, with expertise covering all key areas of operations.
  • Minimum 1 year as a Trainer.
  • Understanding of end-to-end process of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) experience is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of RCM Collections process is a mandate.
  • Training certification from a recognized professional body, demonstrating expertise as a trainer.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple practice management systems and Electronic Medical Records/Laboratory Information Systems (EMR/LIS).
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering and designing training programs.
  • Strong computer literacy, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all training-related tasks.
