Senior Executive – Rewards

Work Week:
Monday to Friday

8.00am to 10.00pm SLST (9-hour shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for rewards and compensation tasks throughout the employee life cycle including onboarding, confirmation, promotion, performance increments, monthly rewards, performance-based rewards, and off-boarding activities by collaboratively working with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams.
  • Responsible for effective administration of payroll function in processing and updating of monthly payroll independently.
  • Record payroll related changes in relation to transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update accurate payroll records.
  • Handle the offboarding process whilst assisting in recoveries of unsettled dues, updating & closing personal files, and completing full & final payroll process on monthly basis accurately.
  • Prepare terminal payments (EPF/ETF form completion, issuing B cards, gratuity calculation, leave encashment, deductions, etc.).
  • Attending employee queries about payroll related matters ensuring a high level of employee experience.
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately in a timely manner.
  • Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain and update accurate payroll information.
  • Develop regular financial and operational reports as needed.
  • Leading the overall function of Human Resources Shared Services.
  • Initiating Process improvements / automation projects.

 

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Degree in Human Resource management or professional qualifications in HRM.
  • A minimum of 04 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high level of perseverance.
